Where appropriate, he also accepts instructions under the Direct Access scheme.
Briefs are accepted subject to professional obligations, availability and any applicable court or ethical requirements.
Peter practises in accordance with the professional obligations applying to members of the NSW Bar, including the cab-rank principle where applicable.
If a matter falls outside his availability or areas of practice, this will be confirmed promptly so alternative arrangements can be made where necessary.
